On Friday, 21st July, the Bundaberg Services Club came alive as nearly 90 Ulton team members gathered to commemorate another successful year and recognise the collective achievements of the firm. The Annual Dinner has always been a cherished tradition at Ulton, bringing together team members from all levels to reflect on the past year's accomplishments and look forward to the exciting plans ahead.
The night began with Senior Partner, Daryl Corpe opening the formalities of the evening, who shared valuable insights on the past 12 months and outlined the vision for the firm over the coming year.
Among the memorable moments of the night was the heartwarming recognition of team members who have contributed significantly to the growth and excellence of Ulton over the years. We proudly acknowledge Stacey Miers and Kelvin Pimm, who celebrated five years with the firm, embodying the commitment and passion that make Ulton stand out.
Anita Pollock, Sarah Rewald, and Nikki Connellan were honoured for their decade-long dedication to Ulton. Their loyalty and expertise have played an integral role in shaping the firm's success, and we are grateful for their unwavering contributions.
We celebrated Amber Mizzi, who has been with Ulton for an impressive fifteen years, and Ashley Ward, marking a remarkable two-decade milestone, as we recognised the depth of experience and commitment they bring to their roles.
We also proudly acknowledged Janelle Shaw's remarkable thirty-five-year journey with Ulton. Although she couldn't attend the event due to health reasons, her influence and leadership have left an indelible mark on the firm, inspiring colleagues throughout the years.
In addition to celebrating our team's collective achievements and milestone anniversaries, the Annual Dinner was also a time to acknowledge and applaud individual accomplishments. Among the outstanding team members, we proudly recognised Krissy Field from our Morgans team, who attained an Advanced Diploma of Paraplanning from IIT and Julian Dunbar, who completed a Bachelor of Accounting from CQU.
We also had the privilege of celebrating the exceptional career of Peter Bunch, who has been an integral part of the Ulton family for 27 years. A video message from his family, clients, and colleagues was a heartfelt tribute to Peter's unwavering dedication and contributions to the firm. As he looks forward to retirement at the end of the year, we wish Peter all the best as he embarks on the next exciting chapter of his life journey.
These individual successes and milestones highlight the culture of growth and development that thrives at Ulton. We take pride in fostering an environment where team members are encouraged to reach new heights and pursue their aspirations, ultimately leading to the overall success and prosperity of the firm. Congratulations to all our outstanding team members for their remarkable achievements!
The Annual Dinner was not just a celebration of Ulton's achievements; it was also an opportunity for team members to connect and strengthen the camaraderie at our firm's heart. As we continue to grow and evolve, events like these remind us that our success is built on the dedication and passion of each team member, and together, we are unstoppable.
