We are excited to announce our 2023 charity beneficiary, This Is A Conversation Starter (TIACS). TIACS is a mental health program that provides free and confidential counselling service for truckies, tradies, rural, blue collar workers and those who care about them, Australia-wide.
As mental health continues to be a pressing issue in our society, Ulton recognises the importance of supporting organisations like TIACS. TIACS was established in 2019 and has already made a significant impact on people's lives. Their mission is to remove the physical and financial barriers that prevent blue collar Australians from accessing the help they need and deserve.
Ulton's decision to partner with TIACS aligns many of our core values of, human first and partnership and we recognises that good mental health is integral to the wellbeing of individuals and the community as a whole. We also acknowledge that many of our clients are farmers, tradies, or business owners with employees that are blue collar workers, and we want to show them that we are so much more than advisors and that we care about the things that matter to them.
