Will Brosnan

Advisor Assistant,
Morgans Office

Values: Honesty, Integrity, Team Work, Fun, Family

  1. Do you have any pets? If so, what’s their name?
I have a dog called Koda. He is a beagle, and he loves his food.
  2. Are you a sports fan? Who are your favourite teams?
I watch a fair bit of soccer and football. My teams would be the Gold Coast Titans in the NRL and Manchester City in the Premier League.
  3. What’s your favourite thing to do on the weekends?

If I can get out, I try to go camping or play soccer.

Nadeem Hoosen

Senior Accountant, Bundaberg Office

Values: Family, Integrity, Accountable, Leaving a Legacy, Fun

  1. What is your favourite animal and why?
Cats, all of them! I love the curiosity & cuteness of kittens, and the cuddles & sassy personalities as they grow older. I also love the majestic nature of big cats; I have had the privilege of feeding Cheetahs, playing with Lion cubs, and seeing a fair few of the others in person.
  2. Are you a coffee or tea person, and what is your favourite order?
Is this even a debate 😊 Coffee, coffee, coffee! A Cortado is the go-to order, with a Mocha every now and then (There’s nothing that a bit of Chocolate can’t fix).
  3. Do you play any sports?
Golf – it’s more of an attempt to play and trying not to lose many golf balls. I miss playing Cricket and Soccer, which I grew up with predominantly.
  4. What’s your favourite movie?
The Prestige; and pretty much any movie by Christopher Nolan or Quentin Tarantino.

Faith Harwood

Support Assistant,
Bundaberg Office

Values: Credibility, Consistency, Maintaining Balance, Commitment, Accountable

  1. What’s something you’re proud of?
I raised a wild rat after accidentally disturbing a nest. He was only a Pinky, so we didn’t think he would survive, but after some research, I was able to hand raise him. He became really affectionate, couldn’t be released and lived to be 3.5 years old, which is above average for rats. His name was Teddy😊
  2. When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a veterinarian. Coincidentally, before I was born, my older brother wanted to be a Dog.
  3. Do you have any phobias?

Thalassophobia. A fear of deep, dark, and vast bodies of water.

To all our new starters, we hope you settle in nicely and wish you every success in your new role. If you’re an “old hand” and see these new faces around the office, introduce yourself and make them feel at home.

Ulton's New Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and Benefits
Over the past few months, we’ve taken an exciting journey creating Ulton’s new EVP,  spotlighting our current benefits, our new benefits, and our stretch benefits. This is more than just a list of perks—it's about recognising that you are more than just a number here at Ulton.

Our EVP Pillars

A few weeks ago, we proudly launched our EVP, built around four meaningful pillars:

  • 🤝 Connection – fostering strong relationships and belonging
  • 🌱 Growth – empowering personal and professional development
  • Reward – recognising your contributions and impact
  • 💚 Wellbeing – prioritising your holistic health

These pillars reflect the feedback you gave through the EVP discovery process and highlight what matters most to our Ulton team. We identified areas that are strengths and ways that we can further stretch and develop our EVP in the future.  P&C Blog images (2)

We’ve unveiled eight new benefits across all four pillars that make up our 32 benefits, all designed to better support you in the moments that matter most:

  • Wellbeing: A $300 annual wellness allowance (launching in October), flexible public holidays, and flu vaccine reimbursements.
